How on Earth did you limit it to just eight?
Just to add some favorite lines:
"Do you want some coffee Mr. Tulley?"
"Do I?"
"Yes, have some."
"Yes have some."
"Sorry Venkman, terrified beyond the capacity for rational thought."

"It sounds like you've got at least two people in there already. It might be a little crowded."
And of course:

I don't think a day has gone by since 1984 that I haven't quoted this movie.
Heh...I started trying to limit myself to 5...then 7...then 8 before I ran out of time.
I find "That's a big twinkie" to be a very usable phrase for random surprises. It's a great quote.
