I love the way that it fills you with an almost overwhelming feeling of dread and tension that puts you on edge even before the creatures show up, which makes the impact of their arrival just that much more terrifying. I, luckily, saw it with the intended ending the first time I watched the movie (although I do wish that I had seen it in theaters).Emilyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11703547283751473482noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6132620721136610844.post-58728540087033617972010-05-01T02:56:03.392-05:002010-05-01T02:56:03.392-05:00I know in my past I have been extremely hard on th...I know in my past I have been extremely hard on this movie, and you give crap about it, but we discussed this not too long ago. I watched it a second time, and actually liked it way better then. As I told you before, I think watching the movie The Cave first ruined this movie for me. I was still in shock stupidity from people turning into giant bats from a parasite. So forgive me, as this movie really deserves more than one watch.R.D. I might have taken a bit off of the whole cabin stay thing--I know they establishing relationships and all, but (yawn). I wanted more of the creepy things in the cave--they had such a brief time in the film. This is just a satisfying flick! You get monsters, betrayal, fear of the dark, fear of tight spaces, fighting something in the dark, getting lost, stress of relationships in life threatening situations...wow!Sharon Dayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13609356325356264202noreply@blogger.com
